KIES?

kies is a app provided by the team of Samsung to synchronize your smart phone with your  PC,this app includes several options like sync,firmware update etc......

So in this post we will be discussing about how to synchronize your PC with kies and connect internet from your smartphone to PC
We will come across very simple steps for synchronizing

1.Download the Samsung kies from HERE
2.Install the app
3.For tethering follow these steps
Settings>Tethering and portable WI-fi hotspot>USB tethering
4.You've done with it..........

FOR CREATING A WI-FI HOTSPOT (follow these steps)
(Note):To connect to kies via Wi-Fi, kis tray agent must be running on your PC 
 1.In the network and sharing center ,click "Change advanced sharing settings.
 2.verify the "network discovery" setting value of either home/work/public and then click on "turn on network Discovery ..
 3.In the network and sharing center,click 'Change adapter settings'.
4.Right click on wireless network connection to bring up the properties.
5.On the Wireless Network Connection properties screen select the advanced tab.
6.In the internet Connection sharing verify that the 'Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection' option has been unchecked.
7.In the control panel select ;Windows Firewall'
8.Now select allow the program or feature through 'Windows Firewall' from the Windows Firewall settings menu.
9.In allowed programs and features check the ;Wireless portable Devices' option and click ok.
