And this is your set of meta tags,
a.Replace URL with your particular url of the post
b.Replace meta-description with the description of the post
c.Replace meta-keywords with keywords of the post each separated by comma(,)
And finally save the template and you're done,but you've few problems that is you need to add this set of meta tags for every post.....For ex.You have say 15 posts and every post needs to have it's meta tag then you have to copy and paste this code for 20 times,i know this is a boring job but there's no other go for it
